Custom Hose Assembly Ordering

Choose the hose size and style.

  • 310 -3 Stainless PTFE, No Cover
  • 311 -3 Stainless PTFE, Clear Cover
  • 312 -3 Stainless PTFE, Black Cover
  • 410 -4 Stainless PTFE, No Cover
  • 411 -4 Stainless PTFE, Clear Cover
  • 412 -4 Stainless PTFE, Black Cover
  • 610 -6 Stainless PTFE, No Cover
  • 810 -6 Stainless PTFE, No Cover

Choose the hose end for both ends.

  • #1 for straight female swivel
  • #2 for female 90° swivel
  • #3 for 3/8″ X 10mm banjo
  • #4 for female 45° swivel
  • #5 for 7/16″ banjo
  • #6 for 1/8″ male pipe
  • #7 for straight female swivel with blue aluminum nut
  • #8 for straight female swivel with red aluminum nut

Choose your length. (Click diagram to the left for the proper method of measuring)

Choose the “clocking” (positioning) of the hose ends when using 45s or 90s on both ends. (Hose end #1 is always straight up, which is called 12 o’clock).

The best bet is to FAX a sketch to: 860-621-1431 showing the position of both ends.

Example: If you wanted a 23″ hose assembly with a 45° and a 90° end both clocked the same direction the part number would be 310-2-4-23″-12 X 12.
